Miraval Hotel is committed to making its website www.miravalhotel.it as accessible as possible in accordance with the Accessibility Act (BaFG), as amended, implementing Directive (EU) 2019/882 on accessibility requirements for products and services.
In doing so, we follow the international Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.2), which have been implemented as far as possible.

Non-accessible content

The following content is not fully accessible for the reasons outlined below:

• Non-compliance with accessibility requirements:
  Our website contains PDF documents (e.g. brochures and price lists) that are not yet available in an accessible format.
  If you need assistance accessing these documents, please contact us at info@miravalhotel.it. We will provide the content in the most accessible format possible.
   
• Insufficient colour contrast in some areas:
  Some text and graphic elements currently have insufficient colour contrast, which may affect readability. We are working to improve the display for all users. If you have difficulty reading any content, please let us know. We will be happy to assist you and provide the information in a suitable format.
   
• Disproportionate burden:
  Due to technical and financial constraints, we are currently unable to make all older content (such as PDF or Word documents) fully accessible. However, we are continuously working to ensure that new content meets accessibility requirements.
   
• Content outside the scope of the legislation:
  Older documents and content published before 28 June 2025 are not subject to the legal requirements under the BaFG. We currently have no plans to make this content fully accessible retrospectively.
   
• Third-party content:
  Our website includes services and content from external providers (e.g. booking systems, maps and embedded videos). As these are not created, funded or controlled by us, we cannot guarantee their accessibility.

This statement was prepared based on an internal self-assessment using the WCAG 2.2 criteria. The website is regularly evaluated and checked for accessibility whenever technical changes are made.
