Water, warmth and relaxation
Spa Alpina is open daily from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm. Children under the age of 11 are welcome to use the spa and pool until 4:30 pm when accompanied by an adult. Look forward to relaxing moments in the pool, two whirlpools, saunas, a Turkish bath, Kneipp circuit and experience showers. For a particularly pleasant swimming experience, the pool water is treated entirely without chemical chlorine.
Water, relaxation and fun on holiday
Enjoy a refreshing cold-water waterfall in our heated indoor pool, with a water temperature of around 30°C. In the grotto-style indoor whirlpool, you can unwind at 34°C beneath a sparkling starry sky. Outside, the Settimo Cielo whirlpool invites you to relax in 35°C warm water while taking in panoramic mountain views.

Wellness and sauna at Miraval Hotel
Things heat up in the Finnish sauna, with temperatures between 70 and 80°C and humidity levels of 12 to 15%. For a gentler experience, head to the panoramic bio sauna, where temperatures of around 55°C, 70% humidity and stunning views of the Brenta Dolomites await. In the Turkish bath, warm steam envelops you at 42°C and 100% humidity, offering soothing benefits for your skin and respiratory system.
