Check-in is available from 2:00 pm. If you're planning to arrive after 9:00 pm, please let us know in advance. On your departure day, your room is available until 11:00 am. Upon request and subject to availability, you can book a late check-out and enjoy your room and Spa Alpina for a little longer on your departure day.
Dogs are warmly welcomed in our adjacent Mountain House building. Please let us know when making your booking. An additional charge of €20 per day applies. Pets are not permitted in the hotel, restaurant or Spa Alpina.
The tourist tax is € 2.50 per person per night and applies to guests aged 15 and over. It is not included in the room rate and must be paid directly at the hotel.
To make your arrival as relaxing as possible, we offer a free shuttle service to and from Dermulo train station, the nearest regional railway stop. Our complimentary shuttle service is also available for transfers within a 5 km radius of the hotel.
Travelling by electric car? You'll find an electric vehicle charging station in our hotel's underground car park.
